Return & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to NeuroNest AI. This Return & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how subscription purchases and cancellations are managed for the NeuroNest AI application, which is available for Windows, iOS, and Android. Subscriptions may be purchased either through our website or directly through one of the associated app stores. NeuroNest AI provides subscription-based digital services, and this Policy governs all subscription purchases made through our website or through an app store.

Cancellations

App Store Purchases (App Store, Google Play Store, Microsoft Store): If you purchased a subscription through the App Store, Google Play Store, or Microsoft Store, cancellations must be managed directly in your respective store account settings. For security and compliance reasons, we cannot cancel these subscriptions on your behalf.

Website Purchases (via Sphere/NMI): If you purchased a subscription directly through our website, you may cancel at any time through your online account portal. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the application until your paid period ends.

Timing: To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

How to Determine Where You Purchased:

Purchases made through our website will generate a confirmation email/receipt from NeuroNest AI or Team V Holdings, LLC, and charges will appear on your statement under our merchant name.

Purchases made through an app store will generate a receipt directly from Apple, Google, or Microsoft, and charges will appear under that store’s billing name.

Please review your receipt or billing statement to confirm where the subscription originated so you can follow the correct cancellation process.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, as access to NeuroNest AI’s digital services is provided immediately upon purchase.

Partial or pro-rated refunds are not available for unused time within a subscription period.

In the event of billing errors, please contact us promptly, and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.
