NeuroNest AI is a supportive mobile app designed for neurodivergent teens. It helps them build confidence and independence through brain training games, mindfulness tools, and an AI Companion built just for them.
 

 NeuroNest AI is designed for neurodivergent teens ages 13 to 17. The app’s tools, tone, and content are tailored for this age group.

Younger children may benefit from certain features — such as music, focus routines, or games — when used with a parent or guardian.  NeuroNest AI is not intended for independent use by children under 13.

We are exploring future versions for other age groups as the NeuroNest ecosystem evolves.

NeuroNest AI is designed for teens with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or other executive function challenges. Whether they struggle with organization, decision-making, emotional regulation, or motivation, the app provides supportive tools that are interactive, nonjudgmental, and easy to personalize. 

 NeuroNest AI is uniquely built for neurodivergent teens, combining executive function training, emotional regulation tools, and a customizable AI co-pilot in a gamified environment. It's not just a tracker or meditation app — it’s an interactive support system. 

 NeuroNest AI was developed in consultation with neurodivergent teens, their parents, therapists, and behavioral experts. While it is not a medical device, its content aligns with best practices in executive function coaching and mental health wellness.  Several therapist endorsements are in the works.

 The AI Companion is a friendly in-app assistant that supports teens with daily routines, decision-making, and emotional check-ins. Instead of simply telling users what to do, it encourages them to think about their time, reflect on what comes next, and build the habit of managing their routines independently. Through natural conversation, it helps teens develop planning and self-awareness skills while also gathering input about their routines. Parents can contribute too, creating a shared system that grows with the teen’s needs 

 Yes. The AI Companion is designed with safety in mind and includes multiple safeguards to ensure conversations remain appropriate and supportive. These protections help prevent harmful or off-topic responses and ensure that interactions are aligned with the goals of building healthy routines, decision-making, and emotional regulation. The system is structured to guide, not just respond — creating a safe, intentional experience for teens. 

 No. NeuroNest AI is designed to be safe for teens and self-directed. However, parents and guardians are encouraged to explore the features, participate in co-planning routines if desired, and monitor their teen's progress.

 Yes. Both iPhone and Android allow you to safely give your teen access to the NeuroNest AI app without unlocking the rest of the phone. Here’s how:
 

Guided Access lets you lock the phone to just one app — like NeuroNest AI — so your teen can’t leave the app or access other parts of the phone.

How to set it up:

1. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Guided Access
    
2. Turn Guided Access ON
    
3. Set a passcode (or use Face ID/Touch ID)
    
4. Open the NeuroNest AI app
    
5. Triple-press the Side or Home button
    
6. Tap Start to begin Guided Access
    

To exit: Triple-press the button again and enter your passcode.

🔐 Only you can exit Guided Access — your teen stays in the app until you end the session.
  

Screen Pinning (or “App Pinning”) locks the screen to one app so your teen can’t switch apps or access settings.

How to set it up:

1. Go to Settings > Security > Screen Pinning (or Advanced > Screen Pinning)
    
2. Turn it ON
    
3. Open the NeuroNest AI app
    
4. Tap the Overview/Recent Apps button
    
5. Tap the pin icon on the app window
    

To unpin: Press Back + Overview together and enter your lock code.

🔐 Make sure you’ve set a secure lock screen — this ensures only you can unpin the app.
 

Pro Tip:

If you want even more control, you can use Parental Control apps like:

• Apple Screen Time (built-in)
• Google Family Link (Android or iOS)
   

These allow time limits, content restrictions, and app-specific access — useful if your teen uses other apps for therapy or school but you still want to maintain structure.

 We’re preparing for a limited release for Beta Testing. You can sign up for a chance to Beta Test on our home page, and full public release is within a month.

 For Beta Testers, access will be free for the limited testing period. Long-term pricing has not been finalized, but we are committed to making NeuroNest AI accessible and affordable for families. 

The app will launch on both the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android), with private access links sent to Beta Test participants.
