NeuroNest AI, a product of Team V Holdings, LLC, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the NeuroNest AI application (Windows, iOS, Android) and the parent dashboard available through a subdomain of our website (together, the “Services”).

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of personal information:

--Personal identifiers such as your name, email address, and phone number
--Subscription and billing details processed securely by third-party payment providers (e.g., Sphere/NMI, Apple, Google, Microsoft). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers
--Age information provided during account setup to verify eligibility. This information is used solely to confirm compliance with age restrictions and is not shared for marketing purposes
--Account and interaction details that you voluntarily provide through forms, surveys, or within the app
--Technical information automatically collected from your device, including device type, IP address, browser information, and usage behavior (through cookies, analytics tools, or similar technologies)

Conversation & Interaction Data

NeuroNest AI may collect and process the text conversations between the user and the in-app AI Companion. This information is used solely to:

--generate responses in real time
--support safety-monitoring features
--display relevant information in the parent dashboard

Conversation data is not used to train AI models, not used to improve model accuracy, and not shared with OpenAI or other providers for model training. All processing occurs through secure, encrypted APIs. The app also uses a content-filtering wrapper and protocol that limits off-topic or unsafe questions and ensures interactions remain within the educational and wellness purposes of NeuroNest AI.

Conversation data is visible only to the parent account associated with that child and is not shared across user accounts.
Conversation data may be retained for the duration of the user account unless deleted by the parent or required for legal compliance.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

--Communicate important updates about the NeuroNest AI app and your account
--Provide access to beta and pre-release programs, including related communications
--Improve our product and user experience
--Respond to inquiries and support requests
--Send promotional newsletters or special offers, but only with your explicit consent (which you may withdraw at any time)

Safety Monitoring and Alerts

As part of the core functionality of the Services, NeuroNest AI analyzes conversation content using automated tools to identify language that may indicate emotional distress, self-harm, or potential harm to others. By using the Services, you agree to this safety-monitoring process.

If potentially concerning language patterns are detected, an alert may be sent to the parent or guardian’s dashboard or registered contact method.

Parents may disable AI interactions from the parent dashboard at any time. When AI interactions are disabled, conversation monitoring and alerts are automatically paused because no new conversation content is generated. Disabling AI interactions may limit or disable certain core features of the Services.

How We Protect Your Data

We use industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

AI Processing & Data Protection

NeuroNest AI uses a third-party AI provider, OpenAI, to generate real-time responses and assist with automated safety and wellness features. Conversation text sent to OpenAI is processed through a secure, encrypted API. Conversation data is securely transmitted to OpenAI solely for the purpose of generating the AI Companion’s responses. OpenAI processes this data on our behalf and does not store it, does not use it to train or improve its models, and does not retain, reuse, or access this information after processing.

Based on the output returned by OpenAI, the NeuroNest AI application formats and delivers the final conversational responses to the user and may also:

--identify potential emotional distress or concerning patterns,

--suggest supportive activities such as mindfulness exercises, breathing tools, or focus breaks, and

--activate relevant in-app sections to support user well-being.

These actions are performed by the NeuroNest AI application, not by OpenAI. OpenAI does not control or initiate app behavior.

OpenAI does not:

--store conversation data after processing,
--use conversation data to train or improve its models, or
--have access to user accounts or identifying information unless included in the text submitted during conversation.

We minimize the data shared with AI processors and restrict processing to what is necessary to deliver the Services safely and effectively.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools and providers, including but not limited to:

--Analytics & Marketing: Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may collect data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited to help us improve our Services and deliver relevant ads. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
--Email Services: We use trusted third-party email providers to send updates, support messages, and optional promotional content. These providers only receive the personal information necessary to perform their services and are required to protect your data.
--Payment Processing: Subscription purchases are processed securely by Sphere/NMI and app store providers (Apple, Google, Microsoft).
--Mobile Phone Information: Mobile information (phone numbers) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
--Third-Party Policies: Each third-party service is governed by its own privacy policy and terms of use.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Children’s Privacy

NeuroNest AI is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from children under 13.

By continuing to use the NeuroNest AI application, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian permission to use the app.

If we become aware that an account was created by a user under the age of 13, we will promptly delete the account and all associated information.
